This study aims to derive the need for middle-aged women to consider using fashion product applications, styling, and personalized styling services. To analyze the fashion styling considerations of middle-aged women, 200 women in their 40s and 50s were surveyed. Middle-aged women usually tend to shop through home shopping, department stores, fashion soho (Small office home office) malls, and open market-type applications, and purchase fashion products more than two or three times a month, spending an average of less than 50,000 won per month. Middle-aged women consider choosing appropriate clothing based on the occasion and place, complementing the flaws of the changed body type as well as taking into account the weather in the styling process, and seek to showcase a sophisticated, luxurious, and youthful image through styling. However, they are confused and face difficulties in fashion styling, with regard to not only overall body shape but also partial body changes, such as increasing waistline, flabby thighs and arms, and decreasing hip volume. In addition, middle-aged women were looking for expert advice on styling to help them look the best. They also wanted to solve the difficulties of making a right choice amid the overflowing information related to fashion. The results of the study contribute to identifying products that meet the needs of middle-aged women and help develop detailed consumer-tailored marketing strategies, thereby improving sales of fashion products.

This study aimed to provide information to establish a service strategy in cross-border e-commerce through an assessment of consumer satisfaction with a cross-border shopping channel and “amazon global store” managed by 11street, a domestic e-commerce corporation. The influence of brand familiarity with amazon as a global retail brand was tested. The mediating roles of the perceived value and risk of both cross-border shopping and amazon global store were investigated; the moderating role of the domestic e-commerce corporation was also studied. An empirical study was conducted on consumers who had experience using the amazon global store managed by 11street. To verify the hypothesis, data from 200 people was analyzed using PROCESS macro 4.0. The results indicated that familiarity with global brands did not have a direct effect on consumer satisfaction; the effect of global retail brand familiarity on consumer satisfaction was mediated only by the perceived value of cross-border shopping and amazon global store, not by the perceived risks. E-commerce corporate credibility showed a moderated mediation effect by mediating functional values of the amazon global store. For consumer groups with a credibility level of medium and above, the interaction effect of brand familiarity and corporate credibility was significant.

This study examined the impact of the social features (identification, interaction, information value) and technical features (visibility affordance, metavoicing affordance, social connecting affordance) in live commerce on consumers' attachment, which in turn affects consumers' continued intent to watch live commerce and intent to purchase from the platform. Consumers' attachment was represented by emotional attachment to the live shopping streamer and functional dependence on live commerce. Furthermore, this study investigated the effect of attachment on continuous watching intention and purchase intention. Using a web-based survey and consumers in their 20s and 30s (average age: 30.32) as a sample, this study collected 274 usable responses. The results showed that among the live commerce social system constructs, identification and interaction positively affected emotional attachment to the live commerce streamer. Among the live commerce technical system constructs, visibility affordance and social connecting affordance positively influenced functional dependence on live commerce. Both emotional attachment to the live streamer and functional dependence on live commerce were positively related to a continued intent to watch, which influenced the intent to purchase. This study empirically investigated live commerce based on the socio-technical systems framework and confirmed that both social and technical factors have a significant effect on consumers. This study also identified the impact of live commerce on consumers' attitudes through attachment theory. In addition, it has proved the antecedents and effect of continuous watching of live commerce on purchase behavior by focusing on continuous watching intention where less attention was paid in live commerce research.

This study aims to verify the sewing technology and the expression of the virtual garment program by comparing the appearance similarity between the real and the virtual power shoulder jacket. To this end, the H and the X silhouettes of the power shoulder jacket were selected as the reference designs. After making the reference designs into real jackets by applying the human body dimensions of women in their twenties, virtual avatars and jackets were produced using CLO 3D programs. The results showed that the H-type with only expanded shoulders and less design variation had a high similarity between the reference photo and real garment, the real and virtual garment, and the reference photo and virtual garment. The power shoulder jacket of the reference picture was well reproduced in the real and virtual garments. Conversely, the X-type jacket, which is a tight fit and has many design variations, showed somewhat low similarity in the circumference items and the basic construction line. Especially in tight-fitted power shoulder jackets, the fact that shoulder angles and the essential items for pattern making cannot be reflected in reproducing virtual models was found to be a limitation in increasing the similarity of virtual clothing. Furthermore, the sewing system gap between the real and the virtual clothing exposed a difference in the appearance of virtual clothing.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career guidance to cosmetology students by examining the effects of job stress on career decisions and job preparation behaviors. Overall 214 parts were empirically analyzed as final samples. Collected data and statistical processing are based on SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. An analysis of the effect of job stress on career decision showed that employment anxiety (β= .206, p<.05), job anxiety(β=.824, p<.05), and anxiety in career search(β=.118, p<.05) showed a statistically significant effect(+). However, employment concerns(β=-.312, p<.001) in career determination and employment concerns(β=-.223, p<.01) in career search are statistically significant parts(-). An analysis of the effect of employment stress on employment preparation behavior found that employment anxiety(β=.364, p<.05) has a statistically significant effect(+) on information use preparation, It was found that the statistically significant part(-) affects employment anxiety(β=-.188, p<.01). The study found that the more anxious cosmetology students are about employment, the more they plan and explore career options, and make information-based preparations for employment. Through this research, we hope that there will be lively discussions among cosmetology students on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety.

This study developed and evaluated the motion control of 3D printed fingers applied to smart gloves. Four motions were programmed by assembling the module using the Arduino program: cylindrical grasping, spherical grasping, tip-to-tip pinch gripping, and three-jaw pinch gripping. Cap and re-entrant (RE) strip types were designed to model the finger. Two types of modeling were printed using filaments of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The prepared samples were evaluated using three types of pens for cylidrical grasping, three types of balls for spherical grasping, and two types of cards for tip-to-tip pinch gripping and three-jaw pinch gripping. The motion control of fingers was connected using five servo motors to the number of each control board. Cylindrical and spherical grasping were moved by controlling the fingers at 180° and 150°, respectively. Pinch gripping was controlled using a tip-to-tip pinch motion controlled by the thumb at 30° and index-middle at 0° besides a three-jaw pinch motion controlled by the thumb-index finger-middle at 30°, 0°, and 0°, respectively. As a result of the functional evaluation, the TPE of 3D-printed fingers was more flexible than those of TPU. RE strip type of 3D-printed fingers was more suitable for the motion control of fingers than the 3D-printed finger.
